Zorandra's
contributions to the Elimination Dept. are, to say the least, indispensable.
Zorandra was the person who continuously pulled for an Elimination Dept.
website and even helped with the design and layout of the whole thing.
She started her official work with the Elimination Dept. about 18 months
ago, but her roots date back to way before the Elimination Dept. became
what it is today.
Zorandra brought LiveJournal to the attention of many Elimination Dept. members at a summer barbecue in 2003. Since then many members have jumped onto LiveJournal and have made their innovative marks. Zorandra's journal entries provided fodder for commentary from the likes of Eliminator, Manzoku, and Preacher. This exposed the ideas of the Elimination Dept. members to a whole new audience, and was the precursor for the format used in more recent comment-heavy posts.
Zorandra’s natural social abilities spill over into her online presence and it shows in her LiveJournal entries that attract 20+ comments and simultaneously bring people together while tearing them apart (via one-sided debate). She is also very fond of internet meet-up communities like My Space and Friendster. She has garnered quite an internet following over the years.
Although conventional wisdom would bring one to think she is very open and sociable, again, like in the case of Diplomat and others, she's very picky about who she will befriend and has a general distaste for the public at large.
Zorandra is currently studying Anthropology. She also has a certificate in web design and has been recently applying those HTML skills to help in getting EliminationDept.com off the ground. She is also working on her own website, along with several outside web design jobs.
She's a bonafied internet junkie. Her knowledge of every internet community, file sharing program, and freak show website on the net is considered an asset by those that know her. When not on the internet Zorandra enjoys reading, music and British humour. Her favorite TV shows include "Law & Order" and "CSI" and favorite movies include plenty of 80s movies, including "Student Bodies." She is also Lucien's wrangler. Who, along with Elimadog, is the Elimination Dept. mascot. She specializes in tormenting him regularly while giving him a home.
Recently she has been the Enforcement Agent for Eliminator’s
“Take Action Campaign” which even caused EliminationDept.com
to be made in the first place. She designed the key layout to the site
and had a hand in choosing fonts. She has also been a big part of coming
up with content ideas and will even be responsible for spreading the word
about EliminationDept.com via online community sites.
